I got this SMS link this morning.
My first impression? Wow!! Why would he say that? Was he thinking right when he released those statements?
This is like another Chua Soi Lek disclosure but of non erotic proportions. Definitely mind blowing in a sense as it implies that Anwar was innocent.
Weather it would have any implications on the election or Tun Mahathir itself i am not sure. But one thing for sure, our Ex PM definitely has a loose tongue nowadays.

What is so sensitive about Mahathir's confession. It should have been very clear from the very beginning that Anwar had been innocent.
Many people refused to see the truth.
Impossible for the video to be faked. It is very long video, on the same background, and all in context.
Mahathir was talking about the abuse of powers. Anwar's false accusations was just one of them.
Legally, nothing can be done about it. Anwar has already gone through his terms in jail, as well as his suspension from participating in Malaysian politics.
