Joey Yung Nude Photo Scandal

Just as pictures of Cecilia is out on the net now another artist is exposed. This time its none other then Joey Yung. To be honest, I am not sure if this originated from the same source (Edison). Could be someone posting a hoax in conjunction to all this mess.

Here's one of the photo that i found Link

Real of fake pics? You judge for yourselves.

Who's next?

P.S To my regular readers, please bear with me. This should be my last post regarding the incident. I just happen to get all hyped and curious about the incident. Don't want to turn this blog of mine to a celebrity porn site =))

Things will turn to normality soon :)

Edison Chen Sex Scandal and Gillian Chung Scandal Continues

The Edison Chen, Gillian Chung sex scandal is exploding. Apparently there's more to the scandal that whats already out in the open. Apparently our little boy Edison kept quite a number of pictures of ladies he's bed with in his phone.

Other artist like Maggie Q and Jolin Tsai are also implicated.

Cecilia Cheung Nude Photo Scandal

Not too soon after the Edison and Gillian scandal, the HK entertaintment industry is now rocked with a new scandal. Photo's of Cecilia Cheung is now hotly circulated in the internet.

This though I am not suprised as Cecilia has always been one of the wild one's in the industry.

I guess this years CNY will be hotter then ever. I wonder what will be coming next.

Edison Chen, Bobo Chan, Gillian Chung Sex Photos Scandal

Well if you have not known already, there is this big scandal going on involving Edison Chen, Gillian Chung (One of the girls from Twins) and Bobo Chan.

If you are looking for hardcore pics, I am sorry to say I got none :P

This picture I guess is taken at Edison's room as indicated by the circle in the two pictures

This picture is Bobo Chan (as indicated by the mole) doing something naughty on Edison.

For me, I think this is unfortunate. The girls should know better to not have their picture taken in such uncompromising situations. Edison has always been known to be a bad boy but the girls have been pretty much clean.

Having a romp is human but having caught with your pants down is a mistake.

My Dad and Oatmeal

*This is actually an old draft that I manage to salvage*

Been babysitting dad for the past few days since mom have left for Kuching to visit some friends. It then dawned on me how husbands of the older generation, are so dependent on their wives.

Last Sunday I saw my dad fiddling around at the kitchen. I later realised he was trying to make himself a bowl of oatmeal. We have been trying to put dad on a low sodium diet so we have introduced the wonders of oatmeal to him. Anyway here was my dad trying to figure out how much milk to put on his oatmeal and the minutes needed to microwave it. It really gave me a chuckle when i saw it. Of course I volunteered to make his oatmeal for him but to my amazement he refused. So there i was watching my dad frantically trying to make himself a bowl of oatmeal for almost 15 minutes.I gave suggestions along the way but it was a pretty amusing situation. At the end of it all, my dad grumbled on how the taste was different with what he normally had but still ate the bowl clean. I guess he was pretty hungry.

So to the guys out there. Cherish your loved one's but don't let them do all the work or you'll end up like my dad struggling when the wife is not around.

Patient : Saya nak check mata, boleh?
Me : Boleh kak no problem. Sila duduk disini.
Patient : Hmm.... boleh tumpang tanya. Umur Encik berapa tahun?
Me : (A bit shy lah... the girl hitting at me ka?) Umm.... baru 29 lebih.
Patient : Saya baru 27.... you panggil kak buat ape?
Me : ...............................

Sound Effects : Kuang kuang kuang kuang

I am not young anymore afterall............

Mind Your Language

I attended the much anticipated Remark lens technical seminar at the Herigate Hotel, Ipoh. Anticipated because I do personally think that this may be the future for us 4 eyed blogger that spend hours in front of the computer and complaining how tired we are at the end of the day.

There was only a small group of us in the seminar (less then 20 - just shows why people nowadays dispense crappy glasses, no one is bothered to get themselves updated with new product knowledge). I was a bit disappointed as the key speaker was not the usual Dr from Indonesia that the company normally use for such seminars. Instead, we met this big bellied Chinese guy instead. He is the GM for their Malaysian subsidiary company.

This was his opening sentence.

"Good Morning, I am xxx. Today I shall introduce you to the new age anti FADIGUE ASEHERIGOL lens that would LELAX your eyes for any visual task. Its INDIVIDOL lens design is a great EXAMBLE of how far we have advanced in lens design"

For those that do not understand the words in caps here is the rundown

Fadigue - Fatigue
Aseherigol - Aspherical
Lelax - Relax
Individol - Individual
Examble - Example

I nearly laughed out loud when I heard that statement. Imagine, a GM of a multinational company having an Indian/Chinese English accent. For me that's really puzzling. The company deals with English speaking clients on a daily basis and they got a GM that speaks such level of English.

*shakes head*

Colour Rubber Shop

Was walking around Ipoh Parade today.

I normally park my car at the top level of the complex and every time I came down the escalator I would pass this shop that would always catch my eye. Why you say? Because one would never had thought that such a shop would be allowed to operate in the first place. Its obviously illegal and I guess the complex management staff thought it was a good idea having such outlets in their complex.

What kind of business you may ask? Its called the Colour Rubber Shop. It range of product range from condoms, KY to the more sophisticated Dildo's, Vibrators and much more. As I know this kind of shops are not allowed in Malaysia but they are still thriving.

Just shows we Malaysians are not conservative as many people would like to think.

Fed Up

Today is one of those days that I wished I am still practicing in UK rather then here in Malaysia.

A patient came in complaining of poor vision. She is a heavy diabetic. One eye virtually blind and the other only having 40% vision. She have been having treatment by the eye doctor for the past year but stopped for the last 4 month. I was shocked to hear that since she was still under laser treatment. Apparently she said her vision did not improve and she felt pain every time the treatment was done on her. On further examination, it was clear that she had extensive hemorrhage on the retina. I proceeded to explain that with her condition (proliferative diabetic retinopathy - in simple term, the inside of her eyes was bleeding due to her diabetes), laser must be done so as to protect what is still there. It is very rare to see recovery and if recovery do occur its a small percentage of what you have already lost.

Needless to say my half hour trying to talk to this lady was in vain. She told me that she only wanted glasses and I should just do what she wanted. At the end I told her boldly that she would go blind if she insist on not having her treatment done.

To cut things short, it ended with an angry lady leaving my practice and me wasting 40 minutes free table time.

Optometrist in Malaysia are just not appreciated.

Autographs From Jacky Cheung

Forgot to post one more picture.
I got autographs from Jacky Cheung too :P

Of course not all of them are mine but that's what we got on the night itself. Thanks again Gen for getting the autograph for us.

Jacky Cheung Concert 2008 Arena Of Stars, Genting Highlands

I was really pleased when I was offered free tickets for the Jacky Cheung concert at the Arena Of Stars, Genting Highlands. I have always been a fan of him since secondary school days. Although I have not listened to his new songs much this couple of years, his golden classics has always been the top of my list among my favourite Chinese songs.

The concert in Genting was only suppose to be for 2 days but due to popular demand they extended it to a 3rd day. Again the third day was fully booked as well. I guess many did not get enough of him at Bukit Jalil last year. To be honest, the concerts at Genting are so much better since you are able to see him so much closer up front.

As I got in the Arena Of Stars, I was definitely not disappointed as my seat was about 10-15 rows from the front and situated almost at the centre of the stage. The perks of having free tickets...hehe.

8.30pm sharp, the concert started with Jacky Cheung rising up from a platform at the centre of the stage and him singing "Ngoi For Far" (Love Fireworks).

From the start of the concert you would know that something was a miss. Somehow the Jacky I knew that has perfect vocals did not perform up to expectation. After a few songs, we were informed by Jacky himself that he nearly cancelled the concert due to a terrible sore throat and flu. You can hear from him talking that indeed he was not well. There were points in the concert that I truly thought he would not finish the concert as he was grasping with air and notes that he is able to hit easily seems so hard to achieve. But beside his health, everything was spot on. The dancing was very well choreographed and every part of a medley ended with a well planned finally (ie confetti flying all over or fireworks shooting up). He also told us a bit of himself and in a way gave us a slight insight on who Jacky Chung was.

One thing that I did learn through this concert was his sheer determination. He persevered through and made the 3 hour and 15 minute concert a night to remember for a long time for his fans. This concert was not about his voice but about a dedicated artist trying his very best not to disappoint his fans. There were a few parts into the concert where he was virtually shouting and you could feel his pain and there is this sense of disbelief that he is doing it, despite his condition. There was also parts in which he had to catch a few gulp of water before he could even speak a few words as every attempt to talk ended up with him coughing. Who else would command such great cheer from fans even when singing while eating an apple! (yup... he was singing while eating the apple at the same time.... apparently it helps). He had to drink water after every song half way through the concert as well. And to top it off... he gave 10 encore songs (that's another 40 minutes of golden hits).

I guess some of the fans might complain that they did not hear Jacky at his best that night but for me its not that important. If I wanted to hear him sing at his best, I could have just listened to his CD's in my car or at home. For me, I thoroughly enjoyed it. It made me realise that this 46 year old artist cares a lot for his fans then the money that he is getting (So far he has made RM11 million over 98 concert). They nearly cancelled the show.

Respect to you Mr. Jacky Cheung!

Here's a short video of him at the very end of the concert

Enjoy!

Update

I just came down from Genting after a great and memorable night watching a sick (flue and sore throat) Jacky Cheung performing for 3 and quarter hours. Resting and most probably will take a nap at my brothers house at Bukit Beruntung before I drive back home.

This is just a quick update for those wondering where i went.

Will write about it tonight if I can. Got a short video for you peps to feast your eyes on. So do watch out this space.

Chiaos~!

Selamat Datang Ke Tesco Ipoh

Last weekend was one of my stay in with mama and papa day. Not been spending time with them for a few weeks so decided this week would be my stay in week. Anyways, decided to go shopping with them and do some groceries as well.

So Tesco here we come............

One thing that do give me the Awwwwww factor is the fact that my dad carries my mom's handbag around with him all this years (not all the time lah but most of the time). And that's after more then 40 years of marriage. Way to go you 70 yr old man! I also wonder where they get their energy from. They did not seem tired at all despite us already being to few other places prior to Tesco. Maybe its me getting old and not them.

As usual, grocery shopping involves a trolley full of stuff.......

... good thing I got enough space to fill in everything.

Oh yeah, I would want to introduce to you all my favourite juice label of all time, F&N Fruit Tree. Their juice is not too expensive and taste much better then the others. Especially love the apple & aloe vera combo.

This is my spare ammunition that I take once in a while. Korean noodles are the best instant noodles out there wei. Although I still have a soft spot for Maggi Mee but Nong Shim noodles are just way more appetizing for my pallets.

Finally, something unexpected. My first time buying a whole set of facial product. Walked into guardians and as usual was looking for a standard facial cleanser. Then this cute beauty advisor came to talk to me about her product and somehow or rather I got lured to buying the full set. Its not because of the girl..... honest!!

At the end of the day. I was exhausted, my parents was happy and I had my first cup noodle for the night

*burp*

Berjaya Hills, Bukit Tinggi - Colmar Tropicale

Here's my second stop at Berjaya Hills - Colmar Tropicale.

If you are not staying there, you will have to pay RM18 per person as you drive up the so called "tol gate" (yup its that expensive).

For those that haven't heard of this place before, its our Malaysian version of a French village. Its suppose to be modelled after the 16th Century Colmar Village in Alsace, France.

As we approach the resort, we were greeted with the "castle drawbridge" at the entrance. There is also a moat below the bridge where you can see 2 black and 2 white swans (yup... just a pair each). Nothing special down there to be honest.

Other places of attraction inside the village include the square's fountain, wishing well, viewing tower and the few french-themed restaurant.

Some random pics at the town square

More random pics at the town square

This other "castle" is located opposite the "draw bridge". Its a multi-purpose hall used for weddings and other functions

Fries that we had there.

Chicken Wing anyone?

Word of warning. The food there suck! I do not recommend you have lunch there. Maybe a light snack. The money that you pay up there is not worth the food that they are giving you. Trust me.

All in all it was fun with the crowd that I went with. Do not get your hopes too high since its nothing as great as what it was advertised for.

Jacky Cheung Concert 2008 - Arena Of Stars , Genting

Got free tickets to Jacky Cheung's 2008 Concert at Arena Of Stars, Genting this Sunday. The last concert I went was Sun Yen Zi's last year at the same venue. This concert would be much more anticipated then the last since I listen to most of his hits. I was told to expect a 3 hour emotionally packed concert featuring at least 25 of his greatest hits.

Can't wait! As usual, photo's to follow.

Thanks Gen for the free tickets!

The Meaning Of A Successful Relationship

Recently I have been having conversations of how people suffer or complain about their current relationships. Some can be as petty as not calling more then once a day to not being caring enough or even him being a complete "batu or kayu".

This then brings me back to my thinking box. What does a relationship mean?

For me a relationship means 2 person getting together and each being able to fulfill the other person's needs either emotionally, spiritually or even materially. A relationship is about 2 person understanding each other as they move along the winding road we call life while supporting each other along the way.

So what makes a successful relationship?

The success of a relationship is a function of the extent to which it meets the need of two people. If you are happy and contented while your partner is not, that would mean you have not done enough to fulfill your partners needs. If your partner is contented but you are unhappy, then your partner have not done enough to fulfill your needs. Lets all be frank, everyone has needs in their lives. Some of the needs cannot be procured alone and has to be given by the other. For example, we can pamper ourselves with tender loving care but we yearn for tender loving care by our loved one's. So it is important for both parties to know what is needed to fulfill the needs of the other. Tell each other what makes you tick.

A lot of people would complain that their partner do not understand them or do not know how to please them. If that's the case, isn't it your responsibility to TELL your partner what you need? There should be no hesitation to ask or tell the other on what makes you tick. Isn't life about self exploration after all? Do not expect your partner to mind read you. We humans are not able to do such things. Unless you ask or tell, no one would really know what you need. So both should be proactive in understanding the needs of one another in order to build a successful relationship. Do not complain to people that he is not doing enough...TELL HIM/HER.

So here you go, my formula for a long lasting relationship. Of course this is a personal view, so follow at your own risk!! haha

Point Blank - Ipoh Mali

I was first introduced to this song when I visited Robb's Blog.

Here's the MTV of the song in which you are introduced to various area in Ipoh.

I am Ipoh Mali too

Berjaya Hills, Bukit Tinggi : Rabbit Park

Went to Bukit Tinggi recently. This would be my second trip in 6 month going there. Somehow had the urge to go up there for spin.

Berjaya Hills, Bukit Tinggi is sited 2,700-3,500 feet above sea level, approximately 40 mins drive away from KL and about 10km off the East-West Karak Highway. Its many attractions includes Colmar Tropicale - a French Themed Resort, Berjaya Hills Golf & Country Club, Japanese Village and the Rabbit & Deer Farm.

Our first stop was the Rabbit Park. Its pretty easy to spot, just look for a pretty large open door car park on the left hand side of the road as you go up the hill. Just follow the signboard towards Berjaya Hills Golf & Country Club.

You will see this big signboard as you come near the Rabbit Park

This small convenient store doubles up as the ticketing counter. You can buy the tickets for the rabbit park here. Don't forget to buy rabbit feed for those adorable rabbits!

It was only after reviewing this picture that I saw this girl posing for my camera!

Smile!!

This is the open area in which the rabbits are allowed to roam around. The rabbits are pretty tame, most will allow you to carry them and feed them.

I was a bit surprised this trip as the numbers of rabbits was so much less then my last trip. The rabbits used to fill all corners of the compound. This time its pretty sporadic. Somehow I had this strange feeling that this may not be a Rabbit Park but a Rabbit FARM (I really hope not!)

This is the caged section of the park. I guess these rabbit are a bit too young to be let loose to the open area.

And of course, pictures of the cute and adorable rabbits.
Feed me! Feed me! Feed me!

This one reminds me of the Duracell Rabbit for some odd reason.

That's all for now
Next: Colmar Tropicale (French Village) and Botanical Garden

My First Cost Per Unique Visitor Ads by Nuffnang

After about 4 weeks joining, I finally got emails (10th and 11th Jan) from Nuffnang offering me 2 CPU adds.

This would mean, instead of getting paid each time the add is clicked, earning is calculated based on the number of unique visitors to my blog. To be honest, I am not too sure how it works myself. This is the first time I have had any experience with net advertisement. The money is not much but hey! I am not complaining!

Long live Nuffnang!! =P

Gravity Defying DragonFly

A while back, my brother showed me a gift that was given to him by a friend from Cambodia. Its a wood carved dragonfly. It is claimed that it can stand on virtually anything without dropping.

I decided to try it out.

Hmm..... on one finger

This time at the base of a scissors.... still standing

At this point I was pretty impressed (yeah i know, i am easily impressed!). I tried to look for a pinhead give it an ultimate test but the best I could do was the tip of a branch.

At the tip of the branch (where dragonfly's ought to be)

Side View

By this time my bro was wondering if my fascination was going a bit too much (he may be fearing for my sanity), as I was frantically taking pictures from all angles. Hey! I need proper pictures for my blog ok!

Anyways, next time any of you drop by Cambodia and want to get me something, this is a really BIG hint =P

My New Toy On FaceBook

I was driving to Ipoh 2 days ago while chatting on the phone with a dear friend of mine. She was telling me of this new application on Facebook called Friends for Sale and Human Pets. I remembered me adding this application some time ago but as with many new Facebook application, you just don't care an ass anymore with the never ending invitations that you get.

So I finally got off my lazy bum and logged into Facebook to check it out. Lo and behold, I am now glued to it.

Its a pretty simple game in which you are given a certain amount of money to buy your friends over. Of course others can buy your "pets" with a higher price and during that process you make a small profit from the transaction. So the faster your pets are being bought away from you, the faster you would be able to make some $$$.

So anyone up for sale?

First Attempt On A New Header

I have finally decided to take the first step into personalizing my blog header. I was getting rather bored with the preset templates that I got now. So with my photoshop equipped and a reference site on how to create my own blog header graphic i ended producing the new header that you see now.

Its not GOOD but I guess its better then the old one that I used to have.

The experiment continues.

Selling Contact Lens Online - Will it Work?

About a few month ago I have toyed on the idea of selling contact lenses online. So I tried creating a blogger account with the purpose of doing just that. But then, after completing the blog, I did not pursue the matter further as I am uncertain it would work.
The few question that I had in mind was:

1) Would there be people that is willing to pay money upfront to buy contact lenses which cost more then clothes that you normally see selling online for like RM20-RM40.

2) Would people be comfortable buying contact lens online instead of going to optical shops and buying them direct.

3) Ethical issues (for me) as you must trust that the person buying from you already know how to wear them and has knowledge on contact lenses before hand.

Anyways, I am now reconsidering giving it a try once again.

So, I would really appreciate if I can get some feedback from you dear people on this.

The website is at http://mycontactlenses.blogspot.com/

Have a look at it and do give me feedback (example: is the price reasonable?) . Its not operational yet so do not email me for orders.

Thanks

Speeding

My friend asked me how long does it take me to get to KL. I answered him between 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours 15 minutes max. He was a bit suprised and asked me how the hell could I get to KL in such a short time.

Yesterday I showed him how......

Can I go faster with a camera on one hand?

Yes I can :P

I normally drive alone so I do drive pretty fast on the highway but only when I am alone. So its safe when sitting on my passenger sit my friend :)

Remark (Some info for the 4 eyed)

This may be a boring technical post completely relating to my work. Nevertheless I have had enquiries from a few of my friends when I told them that there is a new product coming out for many of us computer freaks that face the PC for more then 6 hrs daily. So instead of repeating what I said over and over, I have decided to blog it out.

As we know, our eyes tend to get super tired after hours upon hours staring at the dumb LCD monitor. Thats because our eyes tend to accomodate to the near work task that we are looking at. After many hours, the muscles in our eyes will start getting fatigue and we end up with various symptoms ranging from tired eyes, sting or burn, headaches, blurred vision and so on.

2 lens manufacturer has introduced a first of its kind single vision lenses to tackle this problem. About 3 weeks ago, one of the company has introduced this lens to the Malaysian market. Its called Remark, a new generation single vision lenses in which in addition to the standard visual correction has anti fatigue properties. This lens is purely targeted for the 20 yrs old to 40 yrs old segment. The lens is selling very well in Japan and was only introduced to the Asian market a few month ago. So most of my attempt on Google to search for extra detail failed so apart from product brochure that I have with me right now, there is no other extra information regarding it (unless you can read Japanese).

Anyway to put it simply, Remark lenses are designed to cater to your eyes movement - IN ALL DIRECTIONS. With its horizontal and vertical asymmetry and vertical aspheric design, it gives you a clear, comfortable and relaxed vision in all direction and distances. It also supports your eye muscle by reducing the strain needed to maintain a good focus for near. Theoretically, if you are already wearing glasses you should feel the difference straight away and there is no need to learn how to use the lens.

So far, I have been quite impressed with the technical details given, nevertheless there are still some reservations on my part on this lens due to many factors. So I will not fully recommend this lens until I have tested them out myself. Will be ordering one for my own use soon.

More info to come in the coming weeks.

Look Out Point Little Genting

About a month ago, a friend of mine was telling me about this very scenic place called Look Out Point at Little Genting near Pandan Indah. Apparently you could see the whole of KL there while enjoying your meal. The view would beat what you see dining at KL towers and at fraction of the cost. Hence this weekend, with GPS phone enabled, I decided to have a look for myself if what I have read from the net and from my friend is true (yeah googled about it and the review on it was pretty good apart from the so so food served there).

It reached there at about 10.30pm and the place was packed with cars. I was pretty lucky as I manage to get parking not too long after reaching the top of the hill. It was a rainy day that night so I would think that the place would be even more crowded with cars on a bright clear night.

We headed straight to the observation tower (Menara Tinjau) which is located a few minutes walk away from the eateries that was located next to the car park. The observation tower is a 3 storey wooden tower at the edge of the hill. As usual its jam packed with people taking pictures so for those expecting a romantic time together, you can just forget it. Nevertheless the night view of KL is truly a sight to behold with. Double thumbs up for that.

Here's a blur video i took with my N95 (from the background voices, you will can get a hint why I said do not expect a romantic night out)

Here's a picture again with the N95

After a brief picture taking session at the observation tower, we then proceeded to makan. I strongly recommend you go to the one on the right called Gasoline. If you frequent Sungei Wang often, you would know that this is the branch from the Gasoline that is situated on the 6th floor. Apparently they just opened for business a few month or less ago. Food selection is very wide, typical of a Hong Kong style eatery. So my initial fear of a mediocre quality meal was a bit unfounded as the food there was pretty ok.

This place got wifi too. So you can online as you have a drink there.

The table outdoors are completely empty as it was raining that night

View of KL as you dine

Had no time to snap pics of the food that was served to me as hunger got the better of me (no choice lah..... my lunch was at 2pm and it was already 11pm by the time food came). Again, do not expect a romantic dinner there as its a very crowded place. The plus side is you do get to enjoy the scenic view of KL over dinner.

All in all, a definite recommendation from me if not just for the sights.

Here is a rough guide on how to get there. Got this from another blog while doing my research on how to get there.

Look Out Point Restaurant and Cafe, Kompleks Pelancongan Menara Tinjau.

1.Exit the MRR2 at Pandan Indah Interchange.
2.Go straight until the T-Junction. Esso will be on your left. Turn right at the traffic light.
3.Take a left at the next traffic light
4.Take another left at the traffic light beside Puteri Plaza.
5.Turn right at the traffic light junction to Ulu Langat/Kajang. (Please take note on this, you might missed this.)
6.From this traffic light the road is winding for about 3 km.
7.Look out for the sign board “Menara Tinjau”.
8.Will come across a food court on the right with carpark. Turn in and drive up the hill to the LookOut Point Restaurant
